Whilst Falmouth Harbour owns the historic Custom House Quay, the car park is operated and managed by Initial Parking.
You are able to seamlessly book and extend your parking via the JustPark App, which is free and can be downloaded from any app store.
Should you receive a penalty and wish to appeal, Initial Parking can assist you, being the issuer of penalties to vehicle owners as registered with the DVLA.
It’s important to contact them regarding the appeal process, which is overseen by an independent third party.

North Quay, situated at the entrance to our Falmouth Haven marina is available for discounted, short-stay car parking for Falmouth Haven customers only.
Parking is operated by our external provider, who is also now looking after Custom House Quay parking – Initial Parking.
As a customer and in order to access parking on North Quay for this season, you will need to register your vehicle with us for the Automatic Number Plate Recognition system, and ensure you pay and display when you arrive.
Please note: The North Quay car park will remain Automatic Number Plate Recognition-monitored with a discounted pay and display system. Once you register your vehicle, you will be sent an email to confirm that you are on the Automatic Number Plate Recognition system, after which point, you may use the North Quay facility.
Only after you receive our confirmation email are you able to use North Quay – please wait until then before using the car parking, otherwise you will likely receive a penalty notice.

Please remember, you need to be registered on the system and ensure you use the pay and display machine for your desired timeslot, to avoid receiving a penalty charge notice.
