Feedback

As a trust port Falmouth Harbour Commissioners view feedback from harbour users as valuable information to allow us to improve our services. If you have any feedback we would like to hear from you.

Simply fill out our feedback form below and when contact details are provided we aim to be in touch within 5 working days. Complaints are reviewed by our management team who will take your comments into consideration.

If you provide information anonymously your comments will be considered but we will not be able to provide any feedback on the comments you have provided.

The data gathered using this form will be used to identify where we can make improvements and analysed to identify trends. Personal contact details, if provided, will be used to provide feedback and to request further information to aid in an investigation into the issue. Personal data will not be shared outside of the organisation.
